Week 3:  Am I Ready for Change?

Writing about what we want is easy. Doing the work to get it can be hard or seemingly impossible.

That’s because we have “blocks.” That could be a bad habit, pessimistic thinking, lack of confidence, and a long list of other mind traps where our goals and desires get stuck.

Our job is to crush the blocks and blast off into a whole new stratosphere of Self and Life.

So let’s spend Week #3 exploring whether you’re ready for change, and if not, how to get ready.
