PowerJournalers, Let’s Get Started!

PowerJournal is a technique and this page provides your instructions. 

First, a quick overview of how PowerJournal works:

The essence of PowerJournaling involves using four tools to access your Higher Self, which is the all-knowing, limitless, soul-deep part of you that speaks your highest truth, free of the conscious fears, worries, and doubts that often block us from knowing and doing what is best.

You can unlock the secrets of your Higher Self by using the four PowerJournal Tools: Intention, Meditation, Intuitive Writing, and Journaling.

We provide a daily writing exercise that sets your Intention.  You Meditate to get into a relaxed state to access your Higher Self.  Then you begin Intuitive Writing, and continue with Journaling.

Here’s how you PowerJournal every day:

1. Sit in a private, comfortable space that’s quiet and uninterrupted. It should be a spot where you can write in your journal or on your computer.

2. Log in to PowerJournal.Life.

3. Go to the PowerJournal Menu and Select “+28-Day Challenge.”

4. Scroll down to “Read the 28-Day Challenge Overview.”

5. Then go back to the Menu, select “+28-Day Challenge,” and scroll down to “Week 1.”

6. Hover over Day #1.  Click to enlarge.

7. Open your journal or computer file.

Write:

PowerJournal Exercise Day #1

Today’s date

The question for Day #1 such as, “Who am I?” (You don’t need to write the whole description).

5. Tap your screen or hit “escape” on your computer to shrink the “Day 1” exercise.

6.  Press the link “Click here to open the meditation video.

7. Do the PowerJournal Meditation, which will relax you into a state where you can communicate with your Higher Self, and pose the PowerJournal Exercise question, and begin to hear answers.  You can pause the video if you want to meditate longer.

10. The Meditation will lead you into your Intuitive Writing and Journaling experience. In this very relaxed state, you will begin transcribing the messages from deep inside yourself. As the words seem to flow automatically onto the page, this process feels like you are writing on autopilot. This is Intuitive Writing, which is also called Automatic Writing.

11. You will be doing this Intuitive Writing in today’s PowerJournal entry. You can set a timer to end at 20 minutes. Or you can keep writing for as long as you desire.

12. When you finish writing, review the messages that you retrieved from deep within yourself. You can stop PowerJournaling for the day. Or, as this exercise inspires more introspection, continue Journaling throughout the day and into the evening, to record revelations as they come to you. It helps to keep your journal handy at all times, because once you access your Higher Self and ignite your imagination with your deepest dreams, you will open the floodgates and ideas for your action plan to create your best Self and your most desirable Life will flow around the clock. Get ready!

13. It’s helpful to review your PowerJournal entry before you go to sleep at night, so you can contemplate what you wrote earlier, and embellish it if you desire. If you PowerJournal at night, it’s a good idea to review your entry the next morning. This will allow your revelations to percolate as you go about your day, or while you sleep.

14. Visit our secret PowerJournal Facebook page to share your ideas and epiphanies with us and other PowerJournalers. You can also ask questions, get a conversation going, and learn how PowerJournalers are experiencing this process.
